Tmr is another round of "marathon".
THTHTHTH.
and from now, 39hours to results.
I knw, u must be thinking i am mad.
But once i try to relax or sleep, i will think of the results coming, and then start to countdown.
Thats the reason why i chose to go on "marathon" tmr.
So, i can spend my entire day tmr until 1 or 2am. Reach home, sleep and tada, go for breakfast with YYL, and then to WWSS for results.

An idea struck me, maybe i should start some drama critics=D Eh, dunno how to explain in details. Mayb i will start one first=]

Huang Jin Lu. [Golden Path]
For those who watched this show, feel free to comment=]

Overall, i find this show tremendously attractive compared to any other local show.
It started off with a setting in the 1980s. This caused me to be attracted to the show, from the very beginning. Nice One indeed.
And for what i notice, the camera is always tilted at an angle from the floor upwards to prevent the camera from capturing modern buildings. Nice Two.

For a change of plot from 1980s to 2000s, they used "Holland Village"[ another channel 8 product] for indication that they were in 2000s. They also make used of "kinship1" to show that they were also moving with time.

As for the actors and actresses.[ in my own opinion]

Lin Fei[Felicia Chin]- She is good, thats what i can say. Cos in the show, she seems to have split personality. She look dao at first, then keeps pester Jin Long, stick to him all day long. She dun giv a damn to her rich background and willing to help out at xin fu fan dian. She also appear differently in pubs, and danced with Kaijie. then to a workacholic, a pros for a minor part and also a mother of a kid at the ending. Thumbs up!

Ah Jin/JinLong[Li Nan Xing]- He really proves us right that he is one of the all-time favourite for star awards. In this show, he acted as the father of jin long and jin feng in the 1980s. He appear as a fake sailor, in actual, he was a robber who robbed a bank with another 2 accomplices. But still a good father in the sense that he doted on his kids. then he killed himself with a gun. In the 2000s, He acted as Jinlong, who has the exact printed face as his father. He is a kind soul, he cares most abt his friends. Jiang yi Qi kind. A gangster in the end but cause no harm. He killed himself to join Buk Kut girl was also due to his chracter of Jiang Yi Qi. Thumbs up!

Kaijie[Tay Ping Hui]- Also another proven to be the "bad Guy" in star awards. He has a very serious split personality. Good man and Bad man both at the same time. Always find fault with jinlong. Will do anything for the sake of money, but loves Lin Fei alot. Gang up with the old gangster since he was young, caused the death of Jinfeng, caused Kaida to go crazy and killed Buk Kut girl in the end... Altho both a lawyer and a cop, but he knows the law and break the law. A baddie in the show, but it is the area he is going into, i guess so. Thumbs up!

JinFeng and Buk Kut girl- Both Newbies. But acting skills is very good, but still room for improvement=] Thumbs 75%!
In the show, Jinfeng appears as the youngest sister in the family, and always trusted Kaijie alot. She listens to wadever he says. This "trust" was paid with her death. But she was still quite smart to leave evidence, like the photos, before she died. It was quite sad that both jinfeng and the baby couldn't make it... It was like a day away from the hand-birth of the baby, but both gave way to fate.
As for But Kut girl, She appears as a very fierce front but soft at heart kind of girl. Willing to work even though she was given very low pay and long working hours. She left with jin long when the whole family blamed him on forcing Kaida that leads to the mental breakdown.... She supports Jinlong all the way and took care of Jinlong's Wai Gong. Afterwhich when jinlong decided to become the big bro gangster, she also followed jinlong and become a great help to jin long. In the end, she was killed by Kaijie in the forest.

Kaida[ Chow chew Meng]- Good acting skills, live up to his name in mediacorp. Appears as a bookworm cum doctor. Needed the help of others to woe simin. Very cute and funny. After which, he had a mental breakdown due to the excess pressure Kaijie gave him as he found out that Kaijie caused Jinfeng's death and the baby belongs to Kaijie....and adding on, Jinfeng's death.... He couldnt take it and hence became crazy. The period when he was crazy totally shows how powderful his actings were. Really. In the end, he gathered his confidence when he help jinlong to inject the antibiotics as he was the only "doctor" who could help jinlong. In the end, he become a doctor again. Thumbs up!
